I'm a business development strategist, senior trading operations professional, and workflow systems builder with a background spanning regulated sports betting, restoration and construction, digital marketing, B2B sales, customer engagement, and operational process improvement.
I bring a unique combination of analytical thinking, customer-focused strategy, field-level business development, and hands-on system building. My experience includes supporting trading operations at a fast-growing sports betting startup, developing promotional and customer acquisition strategies, building revenue through relationship-based sales, creating internal dashboards, designing CRM workflows, building pipeline prospecting systems, developing outreach cadences, improving communication systems, and helping service businesses operate with more clarity and accountability.
I operate at the intersection of sales, operations, technology, and execution. I understand how businesses break down when communication is scattered, workflows are unclear, follow-up is inconsistent, or customer visibility is poor. My strength is identifying those bottlenecks, mapping the process, and building practical systems that make the business easier to run, easier to sell, and easier to scale.
Identify where revenue, communication, or execution breaks down.
Break processes into clear, manageable stages with full visibility.
Turn chaos into dashboards, CRMs, portals, and automations.
Bridge the gap between closing the deal and fulfilling it cleanly.
A track record of building relationships, designing systems, driving revenue, and improving operations across multiple industries.
I work in business development and operational support for a restoration and construction company serving property managers, HOAs, insurance-related clients, and commercial accounts. I'm focused on relationship development, job intake, client communication, scope coordination, CRM/workflow systems, and improving how restoration and reconstruction jobs move from opportunity to completion. I adapt my communication style to each client, whether that's a hands-on property manager who wants detailed updates or an executive who just needs the bottom line, and I consistently out-hustle the competition by being faster, more organized, and easier to work with.
Sporttrade is a Philadelphia-based fintech and sports betting company that built the first regulated sports betting exchange in the United States. Founded in 2018 by Alex Kane, the company raised $36 million in funding from investors including lead investor Jump Capital, Nasdaq Ventures, Hudson River Trading, Tower Research Ventures, Impression Ventures, and former MGM CEO Jim Murren. I served as a trading operations analyst supporting the operational performance, trading infrastructure, sporting calendar, promotional strategy, and user-facing platform experience. I was there from the inception of the team, working alongside a group of talented and intelligent individuals to help develop the processes and back-end operations of the platform from the ground up.
I supported business development, marketing, affiliate growth, and customer acquisition strategy within the Colorado sports gaming marketplace. I tailored every client interaction to the individual, knowing that a casual bettor, an affiliate partner, and an industry executive each need to be engaged differently, and I consistently outworked competitors by showing up more prepared and following up more deliberately.
I managed sales, operations, digital marketing, content creation, e-commerce growth, invoicing, fulfillment, and B2B account development for a fishing lure brand, essentially running the business end-to-end with limited resources. I learned how to stretch every dollar further than competitors by being more creative, more persistent, and more strategic about where effort was spent.

Systems designed, strategies built, and operational problems solved.
I look for the exact point where communication, revenue, or execution is getting stuck.
I break the process into clear stages so the business can see what is actually happening.
I turn scattered information into dashboards, CRMs, portals, automations, and operating tools.
I create cleaner customer updates, internal handoffs, follow-up systems, and documentation.
I don't just think about getting the deal. I think about how the business fulfills it, tracks it, and keeps the client happy.
The goal is simple: make the business easier to run, easier to sell, and easier to scale.
"I am at my best when a business has too many moving pieces, too many dropped balls, and too much revenue trapped inside bad process. I find the friction, map the workflow, and build systems that make the business move cleaner and faster."
